This Evening is for Ladies Only!

Former top winemaker and wine academic Roy Blankenhorn reports on the work of her winemaker friends in the vineyard and cellar at the annual “Ladies' Wine Tour” at the Zur Weinsteige restaurant and invites you to taste special wines from the wineries and comments on them in a charming and professional manner.

In nice weather, the wine tasting takes place on the castle terrace. An extraordinary 4-course tasting menu with 2 wines for each course in the renovated Michelin-starred restaurant rounds off the culinary enjoyment. 


The gentlemen—except of course Andreas Scherle and his service and kitchen crew—will unfortunately have to stay outside that evening, as women prefer to discuss their little secrets among themselves. But do join us for our gentlemen's gathering.

The price per person is €160 and includes the guided wine tasting, finger food, a 4-course menu from the star chefs Jörg Scherle & Holger Haag, accompanying wines, water, espresso, and plenty of stimulating conversation!
